By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant is seeking striking out of last three lines of paragraph-21 of the writ petition which is quoted as below:- “who is physically and mentally attained disability to contest the proceedings where such proceedings is barred under order-32, rule-15 of the CPC” 3. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that it was an inadvertent error in making the said statement which is due to the fault of the Page No.# 3/3 learned counsel. 4. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the prayer made in this application stands allowed. 5.
