It has also been emphasized that the petitioner is a lady and a student also, as such, there is hardly any complicity of the present petitioner. Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary. 2 I have taken into account the statement of the witnesses which are appearing, the hotel register along with other materials. Having considered that the case is base on abetment to commit suicide along with the charge-sheet under section 64 of the BNS, I am of the opinion that the complicity of the present petitioner cannot be ruled out, as such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2781 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta.
