The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 19.1.2015 passed by Hon'ble Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in BLT Case No. 900/2013 by which he has allowed the pre-emption as filed by respondents no. 6 to 9 after setting aside the order dated 21.10.2013 as passed by Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division in Ceiling Pre-emption Appeal No. 96/2008 and order dated 13.04.2007 passed by the DCLR, Pupri (Sitamarhi) in Land Ceiling Case No. 22/2006-2007.” 3. At the outset, both the parties have drawn the attention of this Court to the supplementary counter-affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 6 to 9 and learned Senior counsel has taken this Court to paragraph-6 to show that on 24.01.2026, the parties came to an amicable settlement/agreement under compromise-cum-settlement/ agreement head.
