Tiwari, Advocate ---- 04/27.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamtara Cyber P.S. Case No.25 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66(B) (C) (D) of Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co-accused. He further submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged cyber-crime. He then submits that from the place of occurrence one bag in which one smart mobile phone of POCO company with active SIM card, aadhar card, PAN card, voter card, ATM cards, Tab of Lenovo Company and Laptop of HP 2026:JHHC:1897 --2-- A.B.A. No. 389 of 2026 company and cash of Rs.50,000/- were recovered and aadhar card, PAN card, voter card and ATM cards are in the name of the petitioner. He next submits that the petitioner was made accused in one case in which he has already been acquitted being G.R. Case No.20 of 2018. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement and it has been pointed out that aadhar card, PAN card, voter card and ATM cards were in the name of the petitioner, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber P.S.
