According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, though the Court has taken cognizance of the case on 01.12.2025. So far, not even a single witness has been examined, despite the fact that the victims are minor girls and hence the present petition. 3. Considering the seriousness of the offence, there shall be a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Court for the Exclusive Trial of PCR Act Cases, Sivagangai, to expedite the trial and see that at least the victim girls are examined before 31.07.2026.
