This Office Reference is registered and listed based on the request letter sent by the Special Judge (NDPS Act), District South Basar Dantewada (C.G.), seeking additional extension of 15 days time for proper disposal of NDPS Case No. 13/2025 [State of Chhattisgarh vs. Mudakala Tirumala Nag Fanindra]. 2. This Court in CRMP No. 994/2026 vide order dated 10.04.2026 while disposing the petition, directed Special Judge (NDPS Act), South Basar Dantewada, District South Basar Dantewada (C.G.) RAVI SHANKAR MANDAVI Digitally signed by RAVI SHANKAR MANDAVI Date: 2026.09.23 12:52:39 +0530 2 to conclude the proceedings under Section 20(B)(ii)(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of order passed by this Court. 3.Learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), by P.U.D. dated 17.03.2026 requested for 6 months more time for the reasons assigned therein, which was considered by this Court and vide order dated 10.04.2026 in CRMP No. 994/2026, five months’ time was granted. In P.U.D. request letter dated 01.09.2026, learned Special Judge (NDPS Act) further request is made for 15 days more time for the reason assigned therein. 4.On due consideration, request of learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), South Basar Dantewada, District South Basar Dantewada (C.G.) is accepted and further time of 15 days from today is granted to conclude the pending proceedings, as directed by this Court in MCRC No.5939/2025. 5.Registry is directed to forward the copy of order passed by this Court to the concerned Court for information and necessary compliance. 6.With the aforesaid direction and observation, Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
