GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance Planning and Sri V.Ch. Naidu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.5 to 10. 2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.68,34,867/- to the petitioner which is due to him on account of the works executed vide Agreement No. /SE/D2/2020-21 dated 26.06.2020. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the amount payable to the petitioner is Rs.68,34,687/-. The same has already been sanctioned and the fund clearance is awaited. 4 The necessary bill has also been uploaded through STMS portal, APC, SS Kadapa, and is presently pending with the Finance Department for further processing. 4. Having regard to the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondents to release the amounts that are due to the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of the order. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
