1. Mr. Prabhakar Narayan, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Lalit Samant, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Devesh Ghildiyal, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Ms. Kanchan Devrani, the Incharge Director (Elementary) Education, respondent / contemnor joined proceeding through V.C and undertakes that the order of Division Bench dated 24.04.2024 passed in the bunch of Special Appeals will be complied with probably with one month.
4. In such view of the matter, since the Director (Elementary) Education make a statement that the order will be complied within one month positively, there is no useful purpose to continue the contempt proceeding.
5. In view of the statement as given by the Director (Elementary) Education, the instant contempt petition is disposed of finally. It is made clear that if the order is not complied within the aforesaid period, then the petitioner is free to move an application for recalling the
order.
