Against such order of the 2nd respondent, there is a remedy of appeal to the first respondent under Section 69 (2) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. 3.In view thereof, since the petitioner has an equally efficacious alternative remedy, this writ petition is not entertained with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority in the manner known to law, this writ petition stands disposed of. It will be open for the petitioner to move such interim relief also before the appellate authority. No costs.
