Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. As Benches under West Bengal Administrative Tribunal are not available present writ petition is entertained by placing reliance on the judgment of this Court dated 13th January, 2026 passed on a writ petition being WPA 27327 of 2025 (Md. Masidul Islam v. State of West Bengal & Ors.). 3. During course of hearing learned advocate representing the State respondents appearing in virtual mode has submitted that petitioner has been terminated with immediate effect vide order dated 16th February, 2026 as per resolution of 32nd Meeting of HR Advisory Committee (HRAC). Copy of the termination order dated 16th February, 2026 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record and copy of the same is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 4. In view of issuance of termination order dated 16th February, 2026 against the petitioner which is not under challenge in the present wit petition, validity and legality of the said termination order dated 16th February, 2026 cannot be delved into. 5. However, it needs to be recorded herein that the writ petition was filed on 22nd January, 2026 and subsequent thereto termination order was passed on 16th February, 2026. 6. The present writ petition stands dismissed as in this writ petition legality and validity of the termination order dated 16th February, 2026 is not an issue. 7. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law against the termination order dated 16th February, 2026. Issues which are involved in this writ petition are also kept open. 8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
