Parties are present through their respective Counsel. 2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners filed two criminal cases against the de facto complainant. The instant case has been filed by the de facto complainant as a counter blast of such cases. There are disputes with regard to the day to day dealings in a company with which both, the petitioners as well as the de facto complainant, are connected. It is also 2 submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that all other co-accused persons were granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon’ble High Court. 3. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. Considering the nature of allegations and materials in the Case Diary as also taken into account that other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, I am of the view that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the Petitioners, deserves to be allowed. 5. Charge sheet is yet to be filed. 6. Accordingly, anticipatory bail prayer is allowed. 7. In the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, Shrey Gupta & Amit Soni shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482 (2) of the BNSS, 2023 and on further conditions that the 3 petitioners shall co-operate with the investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate the witnesses. The petitioners shall meet the I.O. once a week till submission of report in final form. The petitioners shall surrender before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for bail within four weeks from this date. 8. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2539 of 2026, is thus, disposed of. 9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
