For Petitioner : Mr.R.Ilayaraja For Respondents : Mr.S.Arun Arockiasamy Government Advocate (Crl.Side) 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.(MD)No.3154 of 2026 ORDER This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2026 lodged before the 2nd respondent herein, which is pending in CSR No.10 of 2026. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had earlier lodged complaints before the respondent police alleging fabrication of documents, on which CSR Nos.310 of 2024 and 326 of 2025 were assigned. It was further submitted that the petitioner subsequently lodged another complaint dated 06.01.2026, for which CSR No.10 of 2026 was issued. According to the learned counsel, despite the registration of the aforesaid CSR entries, no effective action has been taken by the respondent police. Aggrieved by such inaction, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present petition. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the enquiry in CSR No.10 of 2026 is presently pending. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2026 pending in CSR No.10 of 2026, conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
