On perusal of order passed earlier it transpires that the matter pertains to the joint compromise application filed by both the parties and the State was directed to submit a report in this regard. Today report has been submitted on behalf of the State and also statement of the parties have recorded. 3. Since matter has been amicably settled between the parties and to that extent one joint compromise application has been filed duly signed by both the parties on 8th May, 2026. 4. Perused the joint compromise petition as well as contents of the application filed before this Court by both the parties. Perused 2 the order passed on 7th May, 2024 at the time of admission where nature of the allegation was considered and that over the disputes and differences between the relations a civil suit is pending before the jurisdictional court. The compromise effected between the parties at present and there will be hardly any possibility of conclusion of trial or to pass any order of conviction. Therefore, this Court is of the view that appropriate order should be passed and instant prayer should be allowed. 5. In view of the above, report submitted as well as joint compromise application filed for passing appropriate order in the light of the compromise arrived between the parties stands allowed. 6. Accordingly, proceeding pending before the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah, South-24 parganas G.R. No. 1161 of 2022 is hereby quashed against the present petitioner. 7. This revisional application being CRR 1883 of 2024 along application being CRAN 5 of 2026 stands disposed of as above. 8.
