The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 324(5), 324(6), 326(f), 308(5), 111(4), 109(1) of B.N.S. and under Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Latehar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no direct and specific allegation against him and the petitioner’s name has transpired in the case diary only on the basis of suspicion and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there are specific allegations against the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the allegations made against this petitioner as well as gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage.
