Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from District Sakti to District Balrampur- Ramanujganj on administrative grounds. It is submitted that the petitioner had earlier served in the core scheduled area, namely, JYOTI SHARMA Digitally signed by JYOTI SHARMA Date: 2026.09.22 17:16:11 +0530 2 Dantewada, during the period from 2017 to 2022. It is further submitted that the petitioner's wife is also a Government employee and is presently posted at Sakti in the Revenue Department. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has two minor children, aged about four years and seven months and by this transfer the petitioner’s family will be destabilized. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to submit a representation before the competent Transfer Committee constituted under Clause 8 of the Transfer Policy and prays that the same may be considered and decided in accordance with law. 2. Learned State counsel submits that, in the event the petitioner submits a representation before the competent Transfer Committee constituted under Clause 8 of the State Transfer Policy, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused the material available on record. 4. Having regard to the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner and the submission made by learned State counsel, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation before the competent Transfer Committee constituted under Clause 8 of the State Transfer Policy within a period of ten days from today. 5. In the event such representation is submitted within the aforesaid period, the competent Transfer Committee shall consider and 3 decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law and the applicable Transfer Policy, preferably within a period of twenty-five days from the date of receipt of the representation. 6.
