The petitioner claims innocence and mentions the vindictive attitude on behalf of the I.O. of the case. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail as there has been alleged recovery of more than 40 kg of ganja. Learned advocate accentuates that a part of the recovery was associated with a place where the petitioner and his son is attached and emphasizes that the continuity and consequences of such complicity of the present petitioner attract the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act in view of the provisions of Section 29 of the NDPS Act. 2 Having considered the same, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1760 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
