2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a Writ Order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the Respondents to release the convict prisoner No.1975 Adharsha @ Adharshakumar S/o Harish Poojari on general parole for a period of 90 days.
b. Pass such other orders/directions considering the
facts and circumstances of the case together as to costs in the interest of justice.
3. Learned AGA on instructions submit that no application has been made by the detenu or the petitioner seeking for parole in respect of the detenu. If an application is submitted in accordance with law, the same would be considered by respondents.
