The instant bail application has been filed by the accused-petitioner under Section 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 303/2025 registered at Police Station Kotkasim, District Khairthal-Tijara for offences under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S. 2023. 2. Heard. 3. Considered the submissions made by the counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the case diary. 4. As per the facts on record, the allegation against the accused-petitioner is that he is witnessed to a registered sale deed said to have been executed on the basis of the forged documents [2026:RJ-JP:16604] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6001/2026] of the ownership of the land in question. The accused-petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2026. 5. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly the allegation against the accused-petitioner that he is merely the witness to the registered sale deed and he is in custody since 04.04.2026, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided that he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only), together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) (each) to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
