Mr. Rahul Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of said respondents. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having gone through the impugned order, this Court is of the considered view that there is no infirmity therein. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:6274 3. It is evident that upon her promotion, the petitioner was posted as a Ward Sister at Civil Hospital, Dharampur and on her request, she has been adjusted on promotion now at CHC, Khaira, District Kangra. The Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner should have been posted in Theog on her promotion, cannot be accepted because it is not for the employee to chose the station of his or her posting on promotion and that is the prerogative of the employer taking into consideration its administrative exigencies. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being harassed by the concerned Block Medical Officer. 4. This Court can not take the contention of the petitioner on its face value, but in order to dispel her fear, the petition is disposed of on the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be transferred to some station in District Una, H.P., with the direction that the petitioner be transferred as a Ward Sister to a station in District Una, H.P, within a period of six weeks from today.
