The present bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 202/2025 registered at Police Station Sawar District Ajmer for the offence(s) under Sections 8, 21 of NDPS Act. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant has submitted that interim order dated 13.01.2026 was passed by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in favor of the applicant and the learned counsel for the applicant undertakes that the applicant has joined the investigation, as and when directed. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the instant bail application. 4. Having heard the contentions advanced by the learned counsel of the parties, upon a perusal of the material available on record, and considering the interim order dated 13.01.2026 and undertaking given by the learned counsel for the applicant that [2026:RJ-JP:11129] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-408/2026] applicant has joined the investigation, this Court is inclined to make the order dated 13.01.2026 as absolute and allow the instant bail application as there are no criminal antecedents qua the applicant as specified by learned Public Prosecutor. 5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Sawar, District Ajmer in F.I.R. No. 202/2025 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicant Sonu Banjara S/o Balram Banjara, he shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station. Withal, following conditions are also imposed upon the applicant:- (i) that the applicant shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the applicant shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
