Section 29 of the Act provides for transfer of the pending cases of such nature to the Central Administrative Tribunal upon establishment of the Tribunal. A permanent Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal stands established at Srinagar with its jurisdiction extending to the Kashmir Province and Kargil District of Ladakh and it has started functioning at Srinagar. Accordingly, this petition (WP(C) No. 679/2026) shall stand transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar Bench.
