Learned advocate for the appellant submits that he wants to review of the order dated May 14, 2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in FMA 874 of 2022. He has further submitted that the said order was passed ex parte. 2. A review application is maintainable only when there is an error on the face of the record. For recalling of an ex parte order, the law provides other ways to recall or revoke the said order. The review application is appeared to be not maintainable. 3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he wishes to withdraw this application with liberty to file appropriate application afresh. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent/insurance company has left the matter to the discretion of the Court. 5. In view of the above, the review application being RVW 298 of 2025 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn 2 with liberty to file appropriate application afresh in accordance with law. 6.
