Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 07.02.2026 before the respondents to release compensation amount for the land acquired for the construction of a bridge, comprised in Survey Nos. 140/2A and 140/2B1, Mamallapuram Village, Thirukalukundram Taluk, Chengalpattu District (formerly Kanchipuram District) and also to furnish the land acquisition notice issued by the respondent department and compensation award details for the lands acquired. However, the said representation has not been considered till date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mrs.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 07.02.2026 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks. 4.
