Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated on the basis of statement of co- accused. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the verification in respect of the CDR has been sent to the concerned service provider. Having regard to the fact that the investigation is still in progress, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1791 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
