Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioners to correct the cause title of the application. 2. Upon hearing the submission made on behalf of the parties and on perusal of the materials in the case diary, it appears that the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the victim with a sharp cutting weapon. There are statements in the case diary that implicates the present petitioners in the said assault. The injury report collected in course of investigation also suggests that the injury was caused by a sharp cutting weapon and the said injury has been classified as grievous. 3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. 5.
