Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/accused submits that the order dated 07.07.2022 passed in W.P. No.8878/2021 has been complied with. It is submitted that the respondent had considered the reply to Annexure- G Notice dated 18.11.2021 and had taken a decision in accordance with law. It is submitted that pursuant to Annexure- R1 decision taken by the Authority on 31.10.2023, an amount of Rs.14,60,000/- has been paid by way of cheque and the amount has been received by the complainant. 3. In the above view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this Contempt of Court Case.
