By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ by quashing the impugned order dated 03.06.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by SDO(R) Lailunga for want of jurisdiction. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records from the respondent no. 2 to 4 which relates to issuance of tender and passing of the order impugned for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue 3 to collect the fee for the weekly cattle market as per the terms and conditions of the tender/contract provided to him for the remaining period. 10.4 Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the subsequent developments, the instant petition has become infructuous and, therefore, he does not want to press the same. 3.
