Learned counsel appearing for 4th respondent placed the written instructions dated 31.07.2025 addressed by the Commissioner (FAC), Endowments Department, A.P., Vijayawada. Learned counsel filed the show cause notice issued to the 6th respondent dated 31.07.2025 calling for explanation. The said show cause notice indicates that the respondents are acted on the representation dated 18.07.2025, therefore, nothing survives in the present writ petition for adjudication. 3.
