D V SASIDHAR The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO: 33419 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed to declare the action of 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 18.07.2025, wherein the petitioner requesting the 2nd respondent to take stringent action against persons who committed irregularities in the 5th respondent-endowments institution as per the inspection report vide letter dated 05.08.2024 submitted by the 3rd respondent to 2nd respondent. 2. Learned counsel appearing for 4th respondent placed the written instructions dated 31.07.2025 addressed by the Commissioner (FAC), Endowments Department, A.P., Vijayawada. Learned counsel filed the show cause notice issued to the 6th respondent dated 31.07.2025 calling for explanation. The said show cause notice indicates that the respondents are acted on the representation dated 18.07.2025, therefore, nothing survives in the present writ petition for adjudication. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
