Call for the records pending disposal on the file of XXIV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Bengaluru in C.C No.2229/2023. B. Issue A Writ of Mandamus or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Court of XXIV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru City to dispose C.C No.2229/2023 within 3 (Three) months, which is produced as per Annexure-A by allowing the writ petition. C. Pass any other order/s as this Hon'ble Court deem fit to pass under the facts and circumstances of the writ petition." 2. Heard Sri. H. Manjunath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. K. Nageshwarappa, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue is of the year 2022 and the concerned Court has adjourned the matter on several occasions. The recording of the statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. is already over, long ago. In that light, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
