During the course of investigation, petitioners were arrested on 01.07.2026 and in their remand application, they are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 9. Their bail application filed before the jurisdictional Sessions Court in - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010519122026 NC: 2026:KHC:47013 CRL.P No. 11378 of 2026 Crl.Misc.No.25601/2025 was rejected on 17.07.2026. Therefore, they are before this Court. 4. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that name of accused No.1 is not found in the FIR. Out of the nine accused in the present case, only petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 9 have been arrested. Accused No.1 has no other criminal antecedents and insofar as accused No.9 is concerned, one case is registered against him in Crime No.692/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of IPC. Wound certificate of injured victim Abdul Nadeem, would go to show that he has suffered one laceration over his left temporal region of scalp, which is certified as simple injury by the Doctor. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, I am of the opinion that the prayer made by the petitioners for grant of regular bail requires to be answered affirmatively. Accordingly, the following order:- 5. The petition is allowed. The petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in Crime No.464/2026 registered by K. R.
