Let it be taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that except opposite party no.5 all other opposite parties have been served. 3. Pursuant to the order dated 21st July, 2026 passed by this Court, learned Civil Judge, (Jr. Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas has sent the report. On perusal of the report it appears that the case before the learned trial court is still at the stage of service upon the defendants. The delay appears to have taken place on account of Covid-19 and the Bar resolution. 4. In view of the report, no delay can be attributed on the part of the learned trial court. The plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps for completion of service of the defendants. However, learned trial court shall also ensure that no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to either of the parties. 2 5. In view of the discussion made hereinabove, the revision petition stands disposed of. 6.
