This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Section 103, 3(5) of B.N.S., S.T. No. 06 of 2025 in connection with Karon P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Madhupur. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 4. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice by the Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court on merit. As per, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, only 05 witnesses are yet to be examined in this case. 5. Considering the fact that prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected twice on merits and the trial is in progress, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected at this stage. 6. Learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within six months from the date of this order.
