The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to direct the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court to expedite the execution of recovery warrant dated 13.01.2025. pending before Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Basti in Case No. 61/11A/2023 (Sushila Devi Vs. Bablu), within stipulated time. 3. From perusal of the order-sheet dated 13.01.2025, it transpires that the recovery warrant is still in abeyance and is yet to be fruitified. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice. 5. In view of the above, learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Basti is directed to expedite the execution of the aforesaid recovery warrant, preferably within a period of two months. 6.
