Non- appearance was not deliberate, therefore, restoration application may be allowed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent not opposed the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties as well as reasons assigned in the application, this petition is allowed and CRMP No.1505 of 2026 is restored to its original number. 5.
