Writ petition is pending since 2003. 2. None appears for the parties. 3. It appears from the pleadings in the writ petition that, the writ petitioner is concerned about his wife. 4. In the writ petition itself, writ petitioner claims that his wife left the house voluntarily in 1986. He also states that, a proceeding under Section 125(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code was filed by the wife of the writ petitioner. There was an application for enhancement of the claim payable under Section 125(3)of the Criminal Procedure Code. An order dated June 30, 2003 was passed. 5. Apparently, there are matrimonial disputes between the writ petitioner and his wife. 6. In such circumstances, keeping the writ petition pending will not subserve the interest of justice. 7.
