1. Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.
2. Writ petitioner complains that, his wife was kidnapped on June 25, 2025.
3. Petitioner and the State are represented.
4. Wife of the petitioner was recovered.
5. She recorded her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS which disclosed commission of cognizable offences. Consequently, we passed an order dated August 19, 2026 directing the police to register a First Information Report which police did.
6. By an order dated August 24, 2026 we requested the State to produce three case diaries.
7. Case Diaries directed by the order dated August 24, 2026 are produced on behalf of the State.

8. Since, the wife of the petitioner stands recovered and since, she recorded her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS and since, she is residing with her sister at present, we are not minded to pass any further order in this writ petition of Habeas Corpus.
9. We clarify that, this order will not prejudice any of the parties in the criminal cases.
10. WPA (H) 69 of 2026 is disposed of.
