The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- “For issuance of a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders direction/directions, commanding the respondents to show cause as to why they should not be directed to remove the generator set placed on the land of the petitioner by the private respondents in league with the Officer-in-Charge Giridih (T) Police Station and upon return of the Rule and after consideration of show cause if any, the Rule may be made absolute against the respondents.” 2. Complaint has been made that the land of the petitioner has been utilized by the private respondents at the instigation of the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station. 3. From the tone and tenor of the pleading, it is evident that it is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. The allegation made is casual. Even the Officer-in-Charge has not been made party by name. No allegation can be made against the office. 2026:JHHC:1587 2 W.P.(C) No.7752 of 2025 4. The nature of dispute between the parties can be resolved only by the Civil Court. 5. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.
