From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that an application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying for amendment of the plaint is pending and 2nd March, 2027 has been fixed for filing of the written objection therein. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junor Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas, to take up the hearing of the application filed under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed i.e. on 2nd March, 2027, if the same is otherwise ready for 2 hearing and shall make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
