Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of recovery is 15 bottles of phensedyl. Other accused persons have being granted bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State has raised objection. In view of the other accused being Sk Rafijul @ Sk Rafikul has been granted bail, I direct that the present petitioner namely, Raju Mondal @ Mandal be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Sk Rafijul @ Sk Rafikul in CRM (NDPS) 1392 of 2026. Thus, CRM (NDPS) No. 1782 of 2026 is allowed.
