Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, as against respondent No.1 and direct them to take necessary legal/disciplinary action as against the respondent No.5 in lieu of the internal inquiry reports dated 19.01.2026 bearing No. 50/25-26/8229-30 and 29.01.2026 bearing No. -1/2025-26/6438- 39 vide Annexure-E and Annexure-E1 respectively. ii. Grant any such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the present case including an order for costs may kindly be passed in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a public-spirited individual and, in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court he is complaining against the irregularities and illegalities committed by the respondent - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010560092026 NC: 2026:KHC:43942 WP No. 25199 of 2026 Electricity Department. If the petitioner has a public interest, in that regard, he has to go before the appropriate Court having roster to address this grievance. This Court is not inclined to pass any order.
