1. Mr. Mukherjee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits, upon instruction, that the petitioner does not want to proceed with this application.
2. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that, on an earlier occasion, a similar application praying for anticipatory bail was filed by the petitioner, being CRM(A) 450 of 2026, and, by an order dated 24.02.2026, a Coordinate Bench of this Court rejected the said application on merits. The petitioner has failed to bring on record any material demonstrating that there has been any change in the circumstances of the case due to any subsequent event.
3. However, in view of the submissions advanced by the petitioner, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
