I have gone through the materials in the case diary including the statements of the victim recorded under Section 183 of BNSS, 2023. In such statements the victim has implicated the present petitioner for committing forcible sexual assault upon her. 4. In such circumstances, considering the nature and gravity of the offence and the materials in the case dairy, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
