Side – R1 to R4) ORDER The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 3 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to erect fencing in the petitioner’s land situated in S.No.519/2, Ugayanur Village, Tiruppur south Taluk, Tiruppur District to the extent of 48 cents for one day. 2.The petitioner owns a property comprised in Survey Nos.442/2A, 442/2C and 519/2, situated at Ugayanur Village, Tiruppur SouthTaluk, Tiruppur District, acquired though a registered Gift Settlement Deed dated 08.09.2021 by his father. When that being so, the respondents 5 to 8 are interfering with the petitioner’s possession and raised disputes regarding the boundaries in S.No.519/2 measuring 48 cents. Hence, the petitioner approached this Court and obtained police protection to survey his property. Now, for fencing of the said property, the revenue officials informed that earlier order of police protection will not be extended for fencing activities. Perused the materials on record. 4.In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, upon issuing notice to the respondents 5 to 8 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
