Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the distance between Raipur and Jashpur is about 500 kilometres and the petitioner being a lady it is difficult for her to attend each and every date of hearing before the Family Court, Raipur. Learned counsel for the respondent, who has filed his Vakalatnama today and submits that on instructions received the respondent has no objection to the transfer of the case to the Family Court, Jashpur, Chhattisgarh. 4. In view of the aforesaid submissions and there being no objection on behalf of the respondent, the application is allowed and Civil Suit No. 884 of 2023 (Subodh Rauniyar Vs. Smt. Neetu Gupta) pending before the Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh, is hereby transferred to the Family Court, Jashpur, Chhattisgarh. 5. The learned Family Court, Raipur, is directed to transmit the entire record of the case to the learned Family Court, Jashpur, Chhattisgarh, forthwith and the parties shall appear before the learned Family Court, Jashpur, Chhattisgarh on 27.11.2026.
