At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to pursue his representation (Annexure P-9) pending before the Secretary, Department of Medical Education, Mahanadi Bhavan, Nava Raipur (C.G.), which is stated to be submitted through the Dean, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Raipur (C.G.)
3. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to the same. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner and the submission made by learned State counsel that he has no objection to the same, the petitioner is directed to pursue his representation (Annexure P-9) pending before the Secretary, Department of Medical Education, Mahanadi Bhavan, Nava Raipur (C.G.). The competent authority shall consider and decide the said representation, in accordance with law and on its own merits. 6. With the aforesaid liberty, the present petition stands disposed of. 7.
