The petitioner is alleged to be stocking bombs in the locality to cause unrest in the area. From the material in the case diary, it appears that the live bombs were recovered, as shown by two accused persons who were arrested in connection with the present case. The petitioner is named in the First Information Report. The investigation is still going on. Another stock of bomb was recovered at the behest of the de facto complainant, as shown by the complainant, from behind the party office. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegations and the materials in the case diary, this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. 5. CRM(A) 2516 of 2026 stands disposed of. 2 6.
