The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “a) Issue an appropriate writ/order directing fair, impartial and time- bound investigation, and Direct expeditious filing of charge-sheet within a stipulated period in FIR No. 183/2025; b) Direct departmental enquiry against the Investigating Officer and concerned police officials; c) Direct the police authorities to arrest the accused forthwith in accordance with law; d) Any other relief(s) in favor of Petitioner as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. FOR WHICH ACT OF KINDNESS PETITIONER SHALL AS DUTY BOUND WOULD EVER PRAY.” 3. From a perusal of the relief clause, it transpires that the petitioner has failed to mention the necessary particulars of the impugned FIR, such as the specific offences registered against the petitioner. The omission of such material details reflects that the prayer has been drafted in a vague, casual and sketchy manner, which not only renders the relief sought uncertain but also results in unnecessary wastage of the valuable time of the Court. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner pray to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 3 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Multi Handicapped Special School, Bagbahra, District- Mahasamund (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of this Court. 6. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
