The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "Wherefore, the petitioners most respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation cum objection dated 15.07.2026 at Annexure-J, page Nos.141 - 144, without disturbing the existing 30 feet road; b) Grant such other relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the interest of justice and equity." 4. The petitioners claims to be the owner of the land in Survey No.122/3 of Indlabele Village, Athibele Hobli, - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010555182026 NC: 2026:KHC:44837 WP No. 25240 of 2026 Anekal Taluk. His submission is that the owners of the adjoining lands are now proposing to form a layout in their land and by way of formation of such layout the access to the land of the petitioners would be affected and it is in that background that a representation had been submitted to the respondents placing on record the objections of the petitioners. 5. If at all the respondents, the private parties are forming a layout and they would interfere with the access to the land of the petitioners. It is for the petitioners to file such appropriate proceedings against them as permissible under law and not to seek for a representation to be considered by the respondents to not to sanction a layout plan. In that view of the matter, though costs could be imposed on the petitioners, this Court refrains from doing so. Hence, no ground being made out petition stands dismissed.
