By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought direction for expedient disposal of appeal, bearing Appeal No. NFAC/2017- 18/10023605, which was filed on 29.04.2021. 2. In view of the fact that the petitioner’s case does not fall in any of the categories for early disposal categorized vide the circular dated 07.03.2024 issued by CBDT, no direction for expeditious disposal can be issued. 3. Petition is therefore dismissed. 4. Needless to observe that petitioner shall be free to move an application for early hearing before the Appellate Authority. 5.
