The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject property, measuring an extent of about 7 grounds, comprised in R.S.No.1083/1, situated at Royapuram, Chennai, belongs to the Hazarath Gunangudi Masthan Dargah Charities and has been illegally occupied by respondents 3 and 4. He further submits that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 31.07.2024 before the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the said encroachment. However, the said representation has not been considered till date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.M.Fakkir Mohideen, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 31.07.2024 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
